If a cancellation request is made after the initial 3 days but up to 30 days prior to the course date, we provide the option to transfer the registration to a different attendee. Alternatively, the purchaser may apply their registration to an alternate course offered by GRIP Approach that they can attend. 3. No Refund within 30 Days of the Course:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds within 30 days of the course date due to the commitments and investments made in travel arrangements, venue bookings, and course preparation expenses.

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Any applicable processing fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
