Refund/Transfer

1. Full Refund within 3 Days:
We offer a full refund for the purchase of our courses if requested within 3 days of the initial purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details at [email protected]
2. Transfer of Registration:
If a cancellation request is made after the initial 3 days but up to 30 days prior to the course date, we provide the option to transfer the registration to a different attendee. Alternatively, the purchaser may apply their registration to an alternate course offered by GRIP Approach that they can attend. Please inform us in writing about any such requests at [email protected]
3. No Refund within 30 Days of the Course:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds within 30 days of the course date due to the commitments and investments made in travel arrangements, venue bookings, and course preparation expenses.

- Requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be made in writing via email to our customer support team at [email protected]
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Any applicable processing fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
