4-hour home-study portion
2 full-days of class focusing on movement and training strategies.
Learn to observe, correct, and strengthen Neutral Zones of Reference ( NZR) 1 and 4.
Learn to observe, improve, and strengthen Functional Range of Motion (fROM)
Build a training strategy based on GRIP evaluation.
Apply GRIP Approach to several training strategies from weight training, to yoga, to thai boxing and clinical rehabilitation.

A great way for clinicians to train staff in rehabilitation and performance strategies.
